Manifesting
Physical Reality
Please
Note: This essay uses finding a meeting place for a church as an
example,
but
the concepts equally apply to any creation of an idea.
In recent years, I have found myself
increasingly interested in the mechanics of creation. I accept that God is in
everything, what I am trying to understand now is how that is possible. How, for instance, do I find the
same God essence in a rock that I see in people. There is a reason for everything
and I want to know what that reason is.
I have been studying the operation of
Natural Law for some time now, and along the way, I have come to
understand some pretty exciting ideas which I like to share with
others. In fact, you could
say that I have become dedicated to finding ways of describing the
operation of reality.
One of the more exciting concepts I
have learned is about bringing Thought Forms into the physical
vibration. I will give you an illustration in a
moment, but first, let me tell you what I mean by manifesting reality. An important
Principle of Natural law is the Principle of Agreement which requires that a
component of reality must be energetically in agreement with the aspect
of reality it will inhabit. An ideas is an etheric thing that is
energetically very different than the
physical aspect of reality. In practical
terms, this means that you must find a way to bring an idea into energetic
agreement with the physical before it may exist here.
Some
Principles of Natural Law behave as if they are elastic, so that they
can apparently be violated for a time before the principle is manifest.
For instance, the
Principle of Balance appears to be capable of violation for a time
before balance is restored. The
Principle of Agreement appears to be inviolate. You may have an idea to do something, however, as an
idea, it exists only in the greater reality as a Thought Form, which is
not energetically in agreement with the physical. According to the Principle of
Agreement, it may not be manifested into the physical without the
application of physical energy necessary to give it physical form.
A good illustration of this concept is
the idea of a place for the church we can call our own. A church is people, common ideas
and a place of worship. We
have the people, we have the ideas, and we do have a place to hold our
services. Reverends Sandy and Gene has worked very hard to bring these things into reality. But they have taken this church just
about as far as they can by themselves.
The idea of "a place of our own," if that is truly what
we desire, requires more energy to bring it into physical reality.
Sandy and Gene need our help. Not financially, for it has been
shown that enough money tends to manifest when it is needed, but
energetically.
Following the Principle of Agreement,
these are the dynamics of how a place of our own can be manifest into
physical reality:
We must first agree on an image of the
place we desire so that we can begin to build a Thought Form. We will all have a slightly different
vision of this but I am sure we can agree on a few fundamentals. A church is:
-
Ideas, such
as community and common belief
-
A place for
like-minded people to gather to share their energy
-
A place to
learn elements of spiritual maturity
-
A place where
Spirit can be gathered and our discarnate friends will know to visit
It does not matter where the church is
so long as it is accessible and it satisfies these needs. And remember, this vision of the
church is still just an etheric image that has no physical reality. It is just
an idea, and bringing any idea
into physical reality requires work. For instance, I am sure you have all
had experience with finding ways to acquire a new car or some similarly
expensive item. In terms of
the Principle of Agreement, the effort you expended to acquire that car
amounted to manifesting a Thought Form into physical reality. You imagined the car and you
applied physical energy to bring that image into physical reality. In fact, there is no difference
between that and bringing an aspect of Self into physical reality
through the conception and birth of a person.
My sense is that the Thought Form of
"a place of our own" is not yet complete. Either there are not enough of us
who desire a place of our own, or we have not settled on a common image,
thus scattering our energy. And
remember, this is all about energy. So let me make a few observations that
may help to focus our thoughts.
-
First of all,
having a place of our own will permit many more church activities. Sandy and Gene arrange for this
meeting room once a week, and they open their home for a class once a
week. This is true, however,
if we had a place of our own, we could have classes, healing services,
even special events every day of the week if we desired. For instance,
Alisa and I returned to Phoenix
this fall with the intention of beginning a healing sanctuary one night
a week if the church had a place of its own.
-
The
churchcould allow people to use the space on available times for
compatible activities, such as Yoga classes and spiritual readings, with
a percentage of the income going to the church.
-
Even though
it is motivated differently, Spirit has awareness similar to our own. It benefits by knowing when and
where to gather in our support. In
the same way, our discarnate friends would be better able to come to us
in a place of our own.
-
Finally, and
most important, having a permanent location in which people can gather
to study and meditate will permit the accumulation of spiritual energy. The energy does build up and
remain in holy places. It is
this energy that Spirit uses to manifest phenomena. It is also this energy that our
discarnate friends us to communicate with us.
If you can find motivation in these
benefits, then turn your attention to manifesting a place for the
church. The process of
manifestation is straightforward.
-
Using the
rapport of this community, agree on a common image of what we wish to
have. For instance, I
visualize a place, such as a store front or a converted home, which is
large enough to comfortably seat fifty or sixty people, which has
separate rooms for a library and private counseling, and which is
conveniently located with ample safe parking. Oh yes, the place I visualize is
affordable and one we can all be proud of.
-
Think of
yourselves as part of a community which is centered around the church. As your reverends, Sandy and Gene
are the center of this community but are otherwise, no more important
than each of you. Your ideas
and the energy you bring to the church are essential parts of the whole.
-
Find things
to promote the sense of community in many little ways. Make a point to learn each
other's names. Hug a lot. Share ideas and things you learn. Sharing everyday ideas is as
important as talking about God.
-
Alisa is a
member of a group known as
SARRAT, that works hard to establish rapport amongst the
members. Almost all
communication in this group is conducted through the mail, and so,
members are encouraged to write one another and to visit in person when
possible. The idea is that
each contact strengthens a link in the network of members. These links represent energy
needed by entities to manifest nonphysical images and ideas into physical
reality.
-
In the same
way, every little contact and exchange that occurs amongst the members
of this church helps to build the energy which is held in the physical
reality of the church community.
-
I suggest
that we find a member amongst us who will volunteer to be the
chairperson for finding a place of our own. As always, this person should
accept guidance from Sandy and Gene, but should otherwise be separate.
-
This person
can then help the community focus on what is desired, what the practical
manifestation of that desire is and how to achieve it.
-
Do things to
begin forming the gathering energy into substance. For instance, put your heads
together and find ways of making rent money for the church. I expect that the rent for a
suitable strip-mall store front will be around $1,200 a month. If that is true, rent and other
necessary costs could amount to some $20,000 a year.
-
Now that may
give you a little different incentive to tell your friends about the
church. If there are twenty
of us, then that amounts to $1,000 a year or $20 a week, each. But if there are more of us, then
it gets easier to meet the annual operating budget for the church. By the way, I believe this money
is still deductible.
-
After finding
a common image and setting our goals before us, the rest of formation is
all about focusing our attention on the goal and continuing to gather
energy through effort.
The steps of manifestation are simple. A clear image of what is desired,
focused attention on this image, and effort to bring this image into the
physical vibration.
You can apply this formula to anything. The key to keep in mind is that
some form of physical body must be made available to permit anything to
manifest from the higher planes into physical reality.
Of course, Natural Law introduces
endless variables into this simple formula, but that works out just
right, since we are here to learn how to operate Natural Law.
