The Purpose of
this Web Site
When Tom and Lisa Butler assumed leadership of the American Association of Electronic Voice Phenomena (AA-EVP)
in May, 2000, Tom had written the Handbook of Metaphysics and several
novels. Because of Tom's predisposition to discuss metaphysical concepts in
great detail, the Butlers made the decision that the AA-EVP would not become a
forum for Tom's philosophical musings. As a compromise, Tom has opened this web
site so that he can openly discuss his concepts without making them
"official Policy" for the AA-EVP.
